Breakfast: Veggie (spinach, mushroom, tomatoes) omlette, toast, 2 pieces of bacon, coffee with 1/2 Half&Half creamer packet and Splenda
Snack: Skinny grande cinnamon dulce latte from Starbucks
Lunch: Italian Chop Salad, 4 pieces of french baguette, 2 bites of lasagna
Still full from lunch. Tried on clothes today at the mall. Wished I was smaller. Luckily, I’ve got time before my wedding! Eating healthy and getting fit is the way to go!
After looking in the mirror today and finally realizing (because I’m no longer distracted by college) that I’ll be getting married next summer, I’ve decided to turn this picture blog into a Fitspo and lose weight. I’ll be tracking what I consume because, apparently, that helps!
So here goes today!
Breakfast: Bowl of Special K Strawberry Cereal, Coffee w/creamer
Lunch: Kung Pao Chicken with Fried Rice from Leann Chin, Diet Coke
Snack: Sugar cookies (2), Russian Tea Cake cookie (1), 1 glass of vodka w/ginger ale
Dinner: 2 slices of pepperoni pizza
